THE PROCESS
1. Design & Visualization
Following an initial consultation, our design process begins by developing or refining the client’s artwork and creative direction. Once the visual assets are finalized, the design is professionally applied to a scaled vehicle template—typically at 1/10 or 1/20 scale.
This allows us to accurately visualize the finished wrap, refine proportions and placement, and ensure every graphic element is thoughtfully positioned before moving into production.
2. Print Production & Preparation
Once the design mockup has been approved by the client, the finalized artwork is meticulously prepared and preflighted for production. The completed files are then output using professional-grade printing equipment to ensure exceptional color accuracy, consistency, and image quality.
Depending on the specific project and material requirements, the printed graphics are allowed to properly outgas overnight before proceeding to the next stage. This ensures the media is fully stabilized and ready for finishing and installation.
3. Lamination & Finish
Following the printing and outgassing process, each graphic is carefully passed through a professional laminator. A premium laminate is applied to provide an additional layer of protection against UV exposure, abrasion, and everyday environmental wear.
Beyond protecting the printed graphic, the laminate also defines the final aesthetic of the wrap. Depending on the desired look and application, we can achieve a gloss, satin, or matte finish, allowing the final surface to complement the vehicle’s design and overall appearance.
